Technology always changes. Every day we see something new, we see companies merge, die off, and start again. Before I got into the HR vendor world I had no idea how much change went on in this industry. It’s good change most of the time. But sometimes with a lot of change, uncertainty bubbles up with HR practitioners.
According to a recent study, nearly three-quarters of employees are not fully engaged. Though there are many reasons for disengagement — such as relationships with other team members or not being interested in the work — it can have a negative affect on your team.
